Holiday Club Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your participation with Wynyard Holiday Club (the "Club"). By enrolling your child, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration

  • Registration must be completed online or in person before the start of the holiday club.
  • A completed registration form and payment are required to secure a spot.

3. Fees

  • Fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.
  • Payment methods accepted include [Online Payments, BACS Transfers].

4. Schedule

  • The holiday club operates during school holiday periods only, from 7.30am to 6pm.
  • A detailed schedule of activities will be provided prior to the start of the club.

5. Attendance

  • Parents must notify the club if their child will be absent.
  • Late pick-up may incur additional fees.

6. Health and Safety

  • Parents must inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies.
  • The club will follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.

7. Behaviour

  • Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and peers.
  • The club reserves the right to remove a child for inappropriate behaviour.

8. Liability

  • The club is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during activities, except in cases of negligence.

9. Photography and Media

  • Photos may be taken during activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing. We operate a strict no mobile phone policy so please ensure your children do not bring their phones as these will be confiscated. In the even of special circumstances where your child may require their phone, please inform a member of staff immediately who can make an informed decision depending on the severity of the situation.
  • Please note we have a strict NO MOBILE PHONE POLICY for all children and staff in attendance during club hours. If there are extenuating circumstances whereby your child needs access to their mobile phone, please contact a member of staff who will be able to support with this.

10. Changes to Terms

  • The club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Parents will be notified of any changes.
